A letter from the founder
I started thinking about Salue after watching capable people get passed over because their work was invisible to the systems that decide. The CV is a fiction we’ve all agreed to keep. The skills that matter — what someone can actually do, attested by the people who saw them do it — live in private messages, in a manager’s memory, in a credential locked inside one company’s HRIS.
We’ve built systems for paying people and for connecting them, but not for recognizing them. That’s what we are building now. Not a better HR tool. A standard that companies, governments, universities, and individuals can all plug into.
